Before him, i recall it is bigbrother who held the control
to kill and let live. But from nowhere he emerged as the
moderator and shows up all the time.

a kind liquidator bold enough to challenge all
he types beeping fast
and haunts the board when stars shine
he is from a far-off land
but born Chinese.
